This blog is dedicated to our Mom, Jeanne. She fed and cared for six of us kids growing up, and these are some of her, and our, favorite recipes. As us kids and grand-kids set out to make them pictures will be added. Our Mom came to the U.S. as a young teenager from France. She settled in West Allis Wisconsin where we all grew up. We hope to keep her love of cooking and her memory alive through this blog.
